French Onion Chicken Skillet
Sauté:
2-3 Tbsp avocado oil
2 lg onions, slivered, salted
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Remove onions and leave drippings.
In the same skillet, brown:
2-3 Tbsp avocado oil
1 pkg chicken tenders
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried sage
Salt & pepper
Once chicken is browned, add onions to top. Pour 1 cup beef broth into skillet. Top with 1 cup grated Swiss.
Bake 350 for 5-7 min
