Ginger Chicken


  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp tamari sauce
Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thickness. Broil on pan for 3 minutes on each side. Combine remaining ingredients. Brush over chicken. Broil 3 minutes more on each side until juices run clear.
